Melbourne Mini is a British Parliamentary tournament hosted by MUDS and the Debaters Association of Victoria, run in Melbourne, Australia during early December each year. For those heading off to Worlds, it provides an excellent opportunity to warm up for the Debating Championships and even if you are not attending, it is a great chance to obtain some experience in the British Parliamentary style and have some fun! Make sure you attend Melbourne Mini next year!

Melbourne Mini 2006 Details

The Melbourne Mini tournament will be held for its fourth consecutive year from 8th to 10th December 2006, in conjunction with the DAV.

Open to all debaters and adjudicators; in British Parliamentary style.  We strongly encourage all Universities to send n/2 adjudicators to ensure the quality of the adjudication pool.

What is included in rego?
Six competition rounds, one exhibition debate, semi and grand finals.  Pizza on Friday, morning tea and lunch on Saturday and Sunday.  Championship dinner and drinks on Saturday night as well as a social function on Sunday night.
