Final Hamish Malcolm ladder updated

The Hamish Malcolm ladder has been updated for round five. Some care has been taken so that the numbers are actually correct, unlike last week (sorry!). The Grand Final will be on Tuesday, the 6th of October, after the mid-semester break.
