Earlier this month, MUDS sent four teams (Seamus Coleman and Duncan Kauffman; Daniel Kinsey and Daniel McNamara; Claire Roberts and Laura Bellamy; Chris Bisset and James Wilson) and six adjudicators (Anna Blair, Conrad Banasik, Duncan Campbell, Jen Ames, Monique Hardinge, and Tom Sutherland) to the World University Debating Championships, hosted by Koç University in Antalya, Turkey.
 
Congratulations to Melbourne B (Daniel Kinsey and Daniel McNamara) who broke to the octo-finals, as well as our two breaking adjudicators, Duncan and Conrad. Congratulations also go to the University of Sydney Union A, who were triumphant in a grand final against teams from Harvard, Oxford, and the London School of Economics.
