MUDS is back for another year, and if you're new to debating at university, there's no better time to come see what all the fuss is about than O-Week.

Clubs and Societies stall
Come visit us on Thursday and Friday (26th-27th) at our stall, as part of the Clubs and Societies Expo, located on Union Lawn. You can meet the committee, get more info on what we actually do at MUDS and why you should get involved, and sign-up or renew your membership for 2009! ($5 with union membership, $10 without)

BBQ and public debate
On Thursday, MUDS is hosting a free barbeque and short public debate on the topic 'That capitalism belongs in the dustbin of history'. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet and interact with members of the Society both new and old, whilst witnessing a short example of what MUDS is actually about - debating! It's happening at 1.00pm on Thursday 26th, at the Old Geology courtyard (see map below, or go to G19 on official University maps).
