Immediately following debates in Week Two (the 9th of March), we'll head straight to Via Veneto Restaurant, 234 Lygon Street, for our annual Commencement Dinner. This is always a highlight of the MUDS calendar - we welcome our new members into the Society, and celebrate the beginning of another year of debating thrills and success.

The dinner will cost $25 for MUDS members ($30 for those who have not yet joined), for which you will get a two course meal, virtually unparalleled quantities of wine, and the company of many, many wonderful new people. It should begin around 8.00pm, and will no doubt last long into the night.

Booking is essential. If you would like to attend (trust us, you do!), please RSVP to Emma, our Social Officer by Friday, 5th of March. In your email, please include your full name, whether or not you are a paid member of MUDS, and how you intend to pay (either with cash, or via online bank transfer). If you choose the latter, please transfer the appropriate money to the MUDS bank account, as per the details below:
